These case studies demonstrate the advantages of a Multi-Partial tuning over traditional single-partial electronic tunings. Two pianos were tuned, each with two single-partial devices and with the Verituner 100. The results are compared below:
All ETD tunings were performed using all default settings as instructed by the associated manuals to perform a basic tuning. No advanced techniques or aural corrections were used. |
